Hannan Zanzuri started his career in 1987 as part of a broad training program within Hyatt International Hotels. Through his successful corporate training at Hyatt Hotels in Mexico, he had the opportunity to participate in other operational and administrative department training programs. It is through this extensive training that his passion for sales and marketing was developed.
The following years saw Hannan grow and develop from junior sales roles to senior Sales & Marketing positions, as well as working as a general manager of hotels and regional marketing programs. Hannan has managed marketing for companies in multiple regions spanning Latin America, North America, and Europe.
As a successful Sales & Marketing specialist, Hannan strongly believes that what makes a great sale involves a human factor and that to develop sales it is necessary to consider the people and relationships involved.
Mariela is responsible for generating sales through internet channels and oversees necessary adjustments to each hotel's marketing strategies. All the while she is looking for new and innovative revenue systems. Mariela's professional prowess was developed through her work at small- and medium-size hotels. She is adept in creating rate strategies and maximizing results for clients. She is originally from Argentina, but she has fallen in love with México. If she is not working, you will find her spending the day on the beach.
Hilda's career began as a Marketing Assistant for a luxury hotel brand before working her way up to her present position. Hilda gained valuable experience working for leading companies in the sector, as well as hotels and resorts, and has in-depth knowledge of sales strategies. She is taking care of one of the most critical parts of any sales-based organization: group sales. She is regularly contacting existing clients and reaching out to maintain current customer satisfaction, as well as potential new clients through phone calls, location visits, and trade show attendance. Outside of work, Hilda loves spending time with her family.

Her main objectives are to ensure seamless communication between guests and hotels and guarantee that the hotel brand identity permeates all sales and marketing channels by reviewing content and brand visual messages. She spends most of her weekends working on her Master's degree and enjoying long walks with her dog.
