Hannan Zanzuri launched his career in 1987 with extensive training at Hyatt International Hotels, where he discovered his passion for sales and marketing. Over the years, Hannan progressed from junior sales roles to senior positions and served as a hotel general manager. With experience in marketing across Latin America, North America, and Europe, Hannan emphasizes the importance of the human factor in successful sales, stressing the significance of people and relationships

With over four decades of experience in the Mexican hospitality and travel industry, Ana is a Senior Consultant at IADWP, focusing on strategies for travel consultants and the romance industry.She serves as the Business Development Director at ODENTIO, specializing in sales and marketing for independent hotels. Ana held executive roles, including Chief Commercial Officer at Hotel Xcaret México, and has a solid operational background. She has collaborated with leading hospitality groups and holds degrees in Business Administration and Psychology, along with certifications in Finance, Hotel Management, and General Management from Cornell University

Graduated from Hotel and Restaurant Administration at CESSA in Mexico City, with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Veronica has collaborated within the operational areas of luxury hotels such as Four Seasons and Rosewood, among others. She has held management positions in the Food and Beverage area, as well as participating in the conceptualization, strategic planning, and development of new boutique hotel brands, achieving certifications in luxury portfolios internationally.

As a Revenue Director, Mariela plays a pivotal role in driving sales through online channels and meticulously refining marketing strategies for each hotel within her portfolio. Constantly at the forefront of innovation, she explores and implements new revenue systems to ensure maximal profitability. Mariela's seasoned expertise, honed in small- and medium-sized hotels, shines through as she crafts effective rate strategies and consistently delivers optimal results for clients. Beyond these responsibilities, she actively collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyzes market trends, and provides strategic insights to enhance overall revenue performance.

As a Sales Director, she brings a wealth of experience from leading companies in the sector, including hotels and resorts. With a profound understanding of sales strategies, her primary responsibility involves managing group sales—an integral part of any sales-driven organization. She consistently engages with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, and actively seeks to expand the clientele by reaching out to potential customers through phone calls, on-site visits, and participation in trade shows

As a seasoned Marketing Manager, Mabe brings a wealth of experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies. With a keen eye for market trends and a proven track record, Mabe is dedicated to driving brand visibility and achieving business objectives. Her expertise spans digital and traditional channels, ensuring a comprehensive and impactful marketing approach. Mabe is committed to delivering measurable results and enhancing the overall brand presence.

With a well-established career in the hotel industry, Odette has been responsible for leading the reservations department under strict quality standards. Some of the hotels where she has worked are Rosewood Mayakoba, Belmond Maroma Resort & SPA and Thompson in Playa del Carmen. Her great ability and sense of responsibility to coordinate and organize functions in her area, has led her to be an expert in hotel reservations.

Passionate about hospitality, Blanca has 17 years of experience in the industry, serving as Sales Manager at Marriott and Group Manager at Barceló Hotels, where she increased sales and client loyalty. Her specialties include negotiating corporate rates, the MICE segment, and developing relationships with travel agencies. Throughout her career, she has focused on delivering results that exceed client expectations. Blanca is excited to explore new collaboration opportunities with Odentio and to assist in planning sales strategies to achieve our clients' goals.

Susana has over 5 years of experience in financial analysis and management, where she honed key skills such as creating tailored strategies and building strong, long-term client relationships. Her focus on comprehensive support and developing sustainable business models has allowed her to transition seamlessly into the hospitality sector. She now leverages her expertise to drive sales and strengthen the connection between hotels and their guests, discovering a new passion for this dynamic and inspiring industry. 

As a dedicated Revenue Coordinator, Jacqueline plays a crucial role in optimizing revenue streams for our organization. In addition to coordinating revenue-related activities, Jacqueline is also responsible for generating data and reports, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making. With a meticulous approach to data analysis and pricing strategies, Jacqueline contributes to the overall financial success of our projects. Her expertise ensures a streamlined and efficient process, and Jacqueline is committed to maximizing profitability while supporting the financial objectives of our team

Fabiana studied Hospitality in Córdoba, Argentina, and began her career at a travel agency before moving to Playa del Carmen, where she managed a boutique hotel for eight years. It was there that she discovered her love for hospitality and for Mexico. Today, she continues her journey with the Odentio team. Fabiana enjoys the daily challenge of learning and exceeding goals, taking pride in her team's achievements and the satisfaction of reaching new objectives. 

With extensive experience in managing and creating audiovisual content for social media for tourism and entertainment companies, and also as a micro-influencer for education brands abroad. Avril has a Master in Digital Marketing at TU Dublin, she has been responsible for generating strategies in social networks for talent agencies in Mexico City, large event organizers and language schools in London and Ireland.

With experience in Digital Marketing, Luis specializes in crafting creative strategies that capitalize on current trends and engage with the audience. Passionate about staying abreast of industry trends, he leverages innovative approaches to foster meaningful connections with the target audience. Detail-oriented, he optimizes social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and develops strategies that merge aesthetics and results.

With extensive experience in social media and content creation, Natalia is a Social Communicator with a strong track record in managing digital communities and optimizing online strategies in the Colombian and Mexican markets. She specializes in building solid relationships between brands and audiences, focusing on organic growth, innovative communication, and trend analysis, achieving high-impact results.

Fashion designer and marketing enthusiast, María José has over 3 years of experience creating content and visual communication strategies for various brands. She enjoys communicating and building authentic connections between brands and their audiences, applying a conceptual approach rooted in thorough client research. Her sensitivity allows her to identify and highlight each brand's essence, focusing on their values and fostering genuine communication. Her degree as Public and Institutional Relations Analyst has allowed her to collaborate with different organizations planning and managing all administrative actions to be accomplished efficiently at the right time, in addition to her impeccable customer service.

Jesús Garduño Morales, Process and Quality Manager at Odentio, specializes in creating operational manuals for boutique hotels. With diverse experience in all-inclusive resorts, public markets, and renowned kitchens, Jesús is a skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy. His objective is to coordinate and enhance processes for quality management and operations, showcasing strong critical thinking, planning, and organizational skills.

Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in analysis, planning and production of various graphic communication materials and digital advertising, achieving original and effective solutions.

Mónica brings over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry, excelling in customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills. She has extensive knowledge of reservation systems and is responsible for managing requests from direct clients and travel agencies, always ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. Among her key achievements are optimizing reservation processes and achieving a high conversion rate for direct bookings, a testament to her dedication and efficiency.

Brenda is a highly successful Education Coordinator and Sales Executive, with a proven track record of driving academic excellence and revenue growth. She is skilled in meticulous documentation management and effective event planning. An exceptional communicator, Brenda excels at maintaining organized communication with clients and stakeholders.
